When people learn that my calling in the church has to do with Emergency Preparedness, I always get requests to help with the emergency plans for other Wards/Stakes. I'm not an expert in these things, however, I am CERT trained and so I do know the value of the CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Plan. This is why we have chosen to use the CERT plan as our Ward/Stake Emergency Plan.

It's effective throughout the U.S. since it is a Homeland Security - sponsored program
